씨엘이 2NE1 해체 사실을 처음 알게 된 순간에 대해 입을 열었다.

인터뷰어는 최근 AP엔터테인먼트와 인터뷰에서 씨엘에게 “동료가 예전에 민지와 인터뷰를 했는데, 해체 사실을 언론을 통해 알게 됐다고 한다. 너 어떻게 찾아 냈니?"

씨엘은 "글쎄.. 나도 솔직히 그랬다"고 어색한 웃음을 지었다.

매체를 통해 처음 소식을 접한 가수는 “추수감사절 만찬에 전화가 터졌다. 하지만 그래, 그 상황들은…

"하지만 내가 말했듯이, 지금은 적어도 내가 하기로 선택한 일에 대해 많은 자유와 통제권을 가졌습니다. 그래서 그것은 저에게 매우 흥미로운 챕터입니다."라고 그녀는 말했습니다.

7년 간의 결성 끝에 2016년 11월 공식적으로 2NE1이 해체 되었습니다. 그러나 이후 몇 년 동안 네 멤버는 미래의 어느 시점에서 새 앨범을 위해 다시 뭉치고 싶다는 이야기를 자주 했습니다.

CL has opened up about the moment when she first learned of 2NE1’s disbandment.

During a recent interview with AP Entertainment, the interviewer asked CL, “My colleague interviewed Minzy ages ago, and she said that she found out about the disbandment through media. How did you find out?”

CL replied with an awkward laugh, “Well… I did too, to be honest.”

Confirming that she’d first heard the news through the media, the singer became visibly emotional as she went on to recall, “I was at a Thanksgiving dinner, and my phone blew up. But yeah, those situations… That was very heartbreaking for me.”

“But like I said, now I have a lot of freedom and control over at least what I choose to do,” she continued, “so it’s a very exciting chapter for me.”

After seven years together, 2NE1 officially disbanded in November 2016. However, in the years since, the four members have often spoken about wanting to get back together for a new release at some point in the future.
